ABOUT
I have always had an interest in alternative therapies, as well as a strong belief in the therapeutic power of touch and in the body's intrinsic ability to heal itself.
When I initially began training in holistic massage in 2011 it was purely to satisfy my own interest and perhaps something nice to offer family and friends. But I soon found my interest becoming something of a passion and as my knowledge of the body and understanding of the many benefits of massage grew, I knew that it was something I wanted to pursue as a profession.
In 2022 I graduated with a Master's degree in Osteopathy, which has allowed me to expand my scope of practice and address more complex issues with deeper understanding. My post graduate pursuits have included a one year internship at Core Clapton; a clinic specialising in treating members of the community with chronic pain, and training in Cranial Osteopathy and dry needling.
Sessions tend to be a fusion of all of the above and more. My mission is to help people achieve a sense of wellbeing, peace of mind and improved function in their daily lives.
I have experience treating people with a range of acute and chronic conditions, disorders and injuries such as; repetitive strains and sprains, sciatica, lower back and neck pain, arthritic joints, tension headaches, IBS, stress, anxiety and more.
