Relaxing and restorative tailored treatments to ease the body, calm the mind and enhance your overall wellbeing.
a holistic Approach
REVEAL
Our first session usually involves an in depth consultation and assessment. It’s about listening to your story and gaining a better understanding of why you are here and what you are hoping to achieve.
RELEASE
The treatment approach will be determined by whatever is revealed during the initial consultation. We may be working with an aim to to restore function, relieve tension, rebalance the nervous system, or towards any specific goals you may have.
RESTORE
Sometimes you just need a calming space to relax and unwind, and at other times you may need a little more. I aim to offer ongoing support should you need, so that you have the tools to ensure your optimal function and ongoing wellbeing.
ABOUT
I have always had an interest in alternative therapies, as well as a strong belief in the therapeutic power of touch and in the body's intrinsic ability to heal itself.
When I initially began training in holistic massage in 2011 it was purely to satisfy my own interest and perhaps something nice to offer family and friends. But I soon found my interest becoming something of a passion and as my knowledge of the body and understanding of the many benefits of massage grew, I knew that it was something I wanted to pursue as a profession.
In 2022 I graduated with a Master's degree in Osteopathy, which has allowed me to expand my scope of practice and address more complex issues with deeper understanding. My post graduate pursuits have included a one year internship at Core Clapton; a clinic specialising in treating members of the community with chronic pain, and training in Cranial Osteopathy.
Sessions tend to be a fusion of all of the above and more. My mission is to help people achieve a sense of wellbeing, peace of mind and improved function in their daily lives.
I have experience treating people with a range of acute and chronic conditions, disorders and injuries such as; repetitive strains and sprains, sciatica, lower back and neck pain, arthritic joints, tension headaches, IBS, stress, anxiety and more.
